I just started taking this pill. I bought the starting kit at costco for $68 (i forgot) for 150 ct. The kit came with pocket books that tell you how to achieve your goal of losing weight. It's full of great information and even give you food they recommend to eat. It also tells you how to lose weight the right way (that is with working out and eating healthy). In one of the booklet, it gives you a password where you can log on and they monitor your progress. They send you recipes, a work out recommendation for your goal. And they are constantly reminding you to stay in track.

The kit also came with this case where you can carry the pill around with you. It's very compact so it's easy to carry around. I just don't like the color so much. So bright, could have been more discrete. Anyway....

So the first time I tried it, nothing really happened. But I ate something oily, that's when I saw how alli works. It blocks fat. So basically, when you go #2, you'll see globules of fat with your "excretions". It's kind of interesting and a little scary. You must follow the direction of taking only one pill each meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner- meaning max of 3).

With the online log, I can see that I am losing weight. I'm not sure if it's because of Alli. I work out 1-2 hours daily. So I'm slowly losing weight.

Overall, I like Alli. It's true it doesn't make your heart pump like madness like all the other ones. It's not caffeine pills. It helps you block fat. Just remember to take it multivitamins. Consult your physician first. Do it the healthy way. Don't over strain yourself into losing that couple of pounds. Just do it slowly. I recommend this product. Just a lil pricey.
